    Brook Restoration committed to a large balcony restoration project on our 29-storey condo building. They committed to completing the work in 12 - 15 weeks between April and July 2024. In mid-October they are still on-site with the work largely incomplete, all of our balconies are still not accessible and there is no predictable end to this project before winter, potentially lagging into next spring. Brook Restoration have drained millions of our condo funds but not delivered on the work as promised. They will be lucky if we don't take them to court.
