    Finally completed kitchen update after 3 months. Some of the original materials were incorrect. Took 7 weeks to get replacements. Hot glue was left on 2 cupboards and had to be replaced. Some work was done by another contractor and Futuric would not take it off their bill. 90% of communication had to be initiated by us to try and get information or dates. Discussions to resolve the final bill were useless. No empathy shown. No, not even a token amount of reduction, was offered in light of the extended delays and incorrect products. Would not recommend them. If you do use them get a detailed listing of work to be done with the detailed associated costs and be prepared to do initiate all follow up as the process proceeds

    Hello *****, Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Unfortunately with large renovations, it is not uncommon that things need to be adjusted along the way and the turnaround time to receive materials is out of our control. The glue that was left on 2 doors occurred when the quartz countertop was installed and we reordered them immediately. We could not offer you a discount off your bill as all the work and products you received were included in your signed contract. We do apologize for the delays and understand your frustration. You are left with a beautiful new kitchen and we hope you enjoy it for many many years! Take care, Futuric Kitchens

    Just had a terrible experience with this company. Damaged cabinets, bad workmanship and while trying to anicably resolve the issue was served court papers and was told I was lying about stuff.I would strongly recommend NOT using this company!!!

    To whom it may concern, *********************** simply does not want to pay his balance of $2813.00 because he has already sold the condo in question. He offered us $1500 or in his words: we would hash it out in court. When served he offered $2000.00 to keep it out of the courts. To suggest poor workmanship after 47 years of serving the Ottawa community is ludicrous.
