    Great customer service. Very open and honest regarding the details of the *** I purchased for my wifes birthday. The car turned out better than what we expected. Car runs great. 5 out of 5. Very relaxed and positive experience with no surprises. We will purchase again.

    We bought a 2018 ******* RV unit from this dealership and had it delivered out of province to **** via ferry. Upon the arrival, we learned from **************, there was a tire and battery issue. When we finally got it home we learned there were many more issues to deal with before we could move in and make it our own, as this is gonna be our home which the dealership was well aware of. At the price paid for this unit, it shouldve been move in ready but was far from that. On top of appliances, furnace, A/C, drains ect, not operational, it was ant ?? infested and very dirty, which took two days to clean! We are very disappointed, to say the least, in the customer service we were shown. Once monies was received by them, almost all communication stopped on their part. Just trying to get information on the trip to **** for pick up proved to be very difficult. I wouldnt recommend buying ANYTHING from this company!!

    Very sorry that you had problems. The ******* was being used here before delivery and there were no problems with the unit. It was delivered to ferry at Cape Breton by a reputable company and hopefully the ferry had no problems. It was very difficult to arrange shipping to ferry as the customer was anxious for the trailer, which i do not blame them. It is a very nice trailer, it was a used trailer and the price was fair. Very sorry for any problems that they are having and i wish it would have been closer and we could have done something. We are quite a distance away. Hope things work out and they enjoy the trailer.
