    On April 14th, I was in possession of 2017 Kia ******** that I bought on the dealerships website. They delivered the car to my home fully titled in my name. I took the car for a drive and noticed the brakes were pulsing when I applied the brake below 40km/h speeds. I contacted the dealership to let them know about the brakes pulsing and the manager told me to give him a quote on how much it would cost to fix. I took the car to Rock Town Automotive to inspect the car&#**;s problem. They told me that the *** system was malfunctioning due to a part in the driveshaft that&#**;s causing the issue and they quoted me $615.80 to have it fixed. I relayed this information to the manager of H33333634**333330H and they told me that they are only willing to pay half of the price, as he asked his mechanic and the person who delivered the car to me if they noticed this particular problem which they responded that it was fine before I received it. I feel like I should not have to pay anything as this is a safety issue that persisted before I purchased the car.

They also committed to providing a valid safety certificate and ensuring the vehicle met standard mechanical and safety conditions.Nature of the Dispute:The vehicle was misrepresented during the sales and financing process. The dealer (**** *****) submitted false income information to secure financing without my knowledge or consent, despite me providing legitimate pay stubs. Additionally, the vehicle was delivered with mechanical issues (including misalignment and worn-out tires), which contradicts the claim that it passed a certified safety inspection. A second inspection I obtained from another auto shop confirmed these safety issues.This situation constitutes misrepresentation and potential fraud in the financing process, and I no longer feel safe or confident keeping the vehicle. I am requesting to return the vehicle and cancel the transaction.Has the Business Attempted to Resolve the Issue?The business has only partially attempted to resolve the issue. They addressed the alignment and tire issues after I raised concerns. However, they have not acknowledged or addressed the misrepresentation in the financing application and have not agreed to allow me to return the vehicle or cancel the purchase.

    My husband applied for car loan and add me as co-signer.Unfortunately, The dealer wrote the bill of sale only under my name knowing that I have Ontario G1 driver license and can't drive or get insurance As well, under Ontario law the seller is not permitted to misrepresent the vehicle to the buyer. You misrepresented the vehicle to me in the following way. I was duped into signing $32,685 car loan which I was informed that I will be co- signer for my husband deal not a lone buyer
