      November 17 2024 I went to the site ********** which payment source is responsible for payment. They issued me a secret question and answer for me to pay for my order by e transfer. They cashed the e transfer but did not give me my order.

      These are screenshots showing the expectation set by the company on a time frame to process your order. I have spent thousands of dollars on this site and it's always been instant. As soon as I pay, I get my voucher. It's going on 4 days now. They have not responded to any emails I have sent to them. The screenshot shows my purchase receipt email from payment source and my e transfer from my bank.

      The company failed to resolved the issue and did not formally apologize. They did admit that they had a major issue where they weren't receiving emails for well over a month. They claim they had no idea and my issue brought forth their issue. They made claims they would resolve it but failed to do so. Eventually, the e transfer payment sent them timed out by ******* and my money was sent back to me by *******. Nothing this company did contributed to myself getting my money back. In fact the company made misleading promises to buy time for themselves while they waited for the transaction to time out.
