    On 20 December, 2023, the cleaner that I have had for over a year from Low Rate Supermaids, came to clean my home as she has monthly. I was the only person in my home along with the cleaner (Sharn). No one else came into my house.Later in the day, I smelled a strong perfume scent in my living room area but I could not identify where it was coming from. It got very strong and I eventually noticed that the perfumed wall plug that was usually left on the floor near the plug was placed upside down on my hardwood TV stand. The content leaked out and burned off the finish on the stand. I cleaned it off. I took pictures of the damage and sent a text to Low Rate Supermaids at 6:50 pm on December 21st but received no response. I texted again on December 22nd at 3:33 pm but received no response.I contacted the cleaner (Sharn) on December 22 at 3:40pm to get another way to contact them. I did not mention the damage at the time because I knew that it is expected to get in touch with the company rather than the cleaner herself.I wrote the email that you will find with the uploaded documents. My intention was to determine what insurance the company has and discuss a mutually agreeable resolution. There was no attempt by the company to discuss. In fact, I was accused of causing the damage myself.There was no other person in my home. I did not move the wall plug from its place on the floor. I certainly did not place it upside down on the stand.My disappointment only increased given the response of the company, their accusation and their lack of knowledge of how to respond to my email, and their unwillingness to call me to discuss the situation. They assumed the worst from the very first email and responded to me aggressively from the start.At this point, I request compensation for the damage and I do not want to be contacted by the company, especially if I will be accused of wrongdoing again. Their attitude is wrong and inappropriate.Thank you,*************************
