Very rude and unprofessional service. They were chosen by ********* to come fix my ** dishwasher, and 2ce did a no show! Even though and I took a day off work not once but twice to accomodate them. They didn't even contact me to give a reason for not showing, I only learned about this when I called them after the 2nd time. The lady told me at first that I didn't provide a bill of sale, I told her I uploaded it onto the website, then she told me they can't come for some reasons they will share with ** (and won't disclose to me, ridiculous). This is a joke of a company, please save yourself the hassle and never do any business with them. Terrible customer service!

Worst service experience in a long time. First the technician came to fix a leaking water problem with a 3 year old ** front loading washer. My daughter ********* was charged $192.10 for a service call which included a $50 mileage charge. He did not have the part and had to come back. And he charged another $120.00 service call and $25.00 extra mileage charge plus the part total of $265.55 for a total of $457.65 to date. The leaky problem was fixed. However, there were other problems immediately after he left which was the timer was stopped at 11 (the start of the rinse cycle). I called him with a couple of days and had to "argue" with the receptionist as to why I should not be charged again. He came back and told me the hose was too far down the drain pipe. Funny, this was never an issue before and he's the one who worked on the machine in the first place. The same error code IE and problem continued and another problem was noticed with the fabric softener (water not coming in to disperse the softener) which is associated with the rinse cycle which starts at 11 minutes remaining. When I called the office I was told by the receptionist - very rudely - that I had to pay another $120 service call and $50 extra mileage. After I told her it asn't fair and I would call **, she hung up on me. This is terrible service. You would think he would want to resolve the problem. Plus when I went on his web-site it states that he does not charge extra within an hours drive of ******. Well my daughter lives in ****************) which is within an hours drive so why did he charge her 2 times for extra mileage? When I read the reviews clearly this person has a service problem and his receptionist. LK should kick him out of their list of recommended service technicians. I have made a formal complaint with ** about this service.
