    I have purchased several programs, painshop pro2018. paintshop pro ultimate, upgraded many times over.. purchased 2 versions of corel draw.. 2017 complete, 2018 a student/ teacher version. Have had issues right from the start with using it. Apparently this year 2023, they decided all were illegal purchases even though I have cds for everyone of them.. with codes serial numbers. They refuse to acknowledge them. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.. A SCAM ..Have tried customer support. Provided serial numbers and they just shut it all down. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent. Gone just like that..THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ..

    I got this software included with a camera purchase a few years ago. Since then my previous laptop had died, so I decided to re-download it. It will not let me, despite acknowledging that this is a product I have already paid for. If I try to re-register with this new computer, it only gives me a 15 day trial period. This company is an absolute scam.

    I purchased Corel Paintshop Pro and then several subsequent upgrades over the years. Their site uses an archaic and ****** complicated web system that registers the products, but does not allow for download links for products.I had to replace a computer, and the product is not available for download. I contacted "customer service", only to be told that my more recent purchases were "trial keys". The company and software does not allow for a serial number when downloading a trial product (it never even provides one).This company is trying to refuse a download of a purchased product claiming that a product I paid for was only a trial. DO NOT do business with this company. They are frauds.

    Do not even bother! I bought this software for my son from Best Buy and it came with no serial key code to use the software. I called Corel support, they told me they could not help me and to call Best Buy support...I went to Best Buy and they said I was supposed to receive an email or call Corel to get the Serial Key code to use the software and they still have not provided it to me as of yet after three emails and 4 phone calls. Matter of fact I'm on hold as we speak with a Corel rep and have asked to speak to a supervisor to resolve this issue so we will see what happens. One star is based on customer service...I would never ever buy a product with this company's name on it again!

    I tried to get a simple answer to a question and I also kept getting the same person with the same email that isn't maintained anymore. I have draw home and student, which I am happy with, is just missing a calendar wizard. I couldn't get an answer why. Too bad they can't be better. I gave up and purchased a calendar program from a different company.

    Software would not accept provided serial number for installation and activation of download. I was unable to contact the company for refund. I will never purchase a product from this company again.
