    On behalf of the ************************ the *****, request BGC complete the contract that was initiated on 4/1/2022 with respect to replacement of railings on the property. The work order issued on February 23, 2022 included an extract of an email from BGC stating:Confirm the quote includes all remaining railings in both buildings (the quote specifies *** ********** but we assume it includes Havelock as well) Confirmed it includes the railings for the condominium. [copy of email exchange attached]The work was performed in the summer of 2022, however, only some of the railings were replaced on the *****************. BGC invoiced for the full amount of the contract and it was paid in full on September 8, 2022. The ***** has corresponded numerous times with BGC to complete the contracted railings on the Havelock building. On August 29, 2023 BGC acknowledged remaining railings were part of agreed contract and stated Ill measure the railings tomorrow for replacement. Well have them replaced in the next few weeks. This commitment was not acted upon and after a number of email exchanges on February 1, 2024 the railings on the front steps of ***** Havelock were replaced.However, the two side railings by the garages were not replaced. BGC stated that these tube railings were not a part of the contract. However, we believe this is not in accordance with the confirmation on the work order from February 2022 where BGC replied: Confirmed it includes the railings for the condominium.The ***** of ********* wrote to the President of BGC on March 19, ******************************************** accordance with the contract. The response received was that BGC has completed the contract in accordance with the work order.The ***** of ********* requesting the assistance of BBB to have BGC complete the contract as agreed in February 2022 and replace the remaining two side railings by the garages on Havelock.Thank you for your consideration.
