    I am responsible for groundskeeping at a local community centre. When our lawn tractor broke down due to major age related issues, we were in desperate need of a replacement. Stock was an issue at most suppliers, and definitely no sales were available. One visit to Yarmand, and a good discussion with the sales person made the choice easy. We purchased a unit right off the floor and picked it up the next day. The sale price was honoured as well as an additional discount for the community association.

    Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Had a problem with a few parts I ordered for my Craftsman riding tractor. Did not know I had a "special edition" one. They figured it out through asking technicians and rectified it for me.

    ***** on EGO snow blower was not turning. Brought it here as per EGO. After fixing the auger they gave me the snow blower with a broken battery case. I had to point it out to employees after driving for 30 minutes to get there. They repaired the battery case at no charge. My suggestion would be that they inspect their work prior to stating the product is ready for pickup. If you live 30 + minutes away, the extra trip is frustrating for sure.

    Very professional, very efficient. Their parts are at least 20% less expensive than CNadianTire, and the bonus is that you get the right item and excellence the first time.

    The customer service was excellent. I received help in locating the correct item # for my snow blower replacement part. It was ordered and I received a call for pick up within the specific time period.

    Have used them twice - once for a lawnmower repair where i bent the shaft on a tree trunk. Lawnmower has worked great for the eight years since then. Second repair was last month to my Ariens snowblower. They fixed it within a couple of days, after my failed attempt to repair at home.
