  I have a 7 year old husqvarna walk behind mower that was in need of serious repair. I filled out an online form on thier website describing the issues on a Friday after business hours and received a response from the owner/manager the following day confirming they could look at the mower and fix the issues. I brought it in on Monday and the front staff were a little unsure of the online form but i had an opportunity to speak with one of the Mower technicians who acknowledged all my issues and confirmed they would be fixed. I asked for the "walkbehind mower service" listed around ****** on thier site. I had read several unfavourable reviews about thier servie but wanted to try it as i also purchased an Ariens snow blower from them the previous winter and was testing the waters for thier service. I was unsure why i had to leave a $56.00 deposit without any work being done but I was told this is the store policy. Ok done. No time was given to repair but i received a call within 4 business days, mower is ready to pickup. The cost of repair was within the quoted cost online. I knew parts had to be replaced and was uncertain if all the work had been done? When i picked up the device, i had a question about type of oil used, was answered and all parts replaced were included in a bag on the mower. I got it home, fired it up and the blade was sharpened, the oil changed and parts replaced in great time, wihtout inflation. This was a fantastic experience for me. Work was done exactly as requested and i now have a fully functional, well performing husqy lawnmower again. The front staff seemed a little unsure about internal processes but this may be due to new staff or the owner/operator being an equal opportunity employer which is fantastic in itself. I would highly recommend this ******** Ave. location for anyone looking for Lawnmower maintenance. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and i will bring my snow blower for service as well. Skeptical now Satisfied ****

  Yarmand was very fast and efficient. They picked up the machine is a timely fashion and had the servicing done faster than I expected. They found the oil leak that I could not find. I will definitely go back to them again and recommend them to my friends.

  I needed a part for my EGO lawnmower and was able to order it through Yarmand. Everyone I dealt with from the order to the pickup was very professional and helpful. A very smooth experience! I'll be going back in future.************

  Extremely impressed with this business. They have alot of selection and more importantly their customer service is excellent. (Wasn't pressured to buy anything, and unlike a few other small engine stores in ******, the employees there are happy to help and offer advice - thanks *** and ******)Will be back soon.
