    I came to this business for a quote on quartz countertops, February 2024. Long story short, I paid about $3500 for the countertops I chose. They came to install at the end of March 2024. I was in ****** at the time so my husband was in the home for the install - my husband who has terrible eyesight and only recently started wearing his glasses full-time. First thing I noticed when I got home and walked into my kitchen was that the countertop had an area that was chipped in their warehouse during cutting. Instead of replacing that piece and starting over, they just filled it with epoxy. This was NEVER in any contract nor agreement that i would pay full price for them to bring me a defective piece that they would just patch up to cut corners and costs. If I were home when the install was happening, I wouldn't have even let them install this piece! I would have sent them back and gone to speak to the owner in person. This was so unacceptable.I scheduled a service call and the man who came to see me (*****), although very nice, said there was nothing he could do and that they would have to remove the entire slab and start over which the owner likely wouldn't do. So instead, he suggested I negotiate with the owner and called the owner on ************ and I spoke to him ******* and he agreed to call me back to discuss a solution and how he can make things right. He NEVER called me. Not once. Didn't even answer the phone when I called subsequently to try and get ahold of him. I would like for them to either REPLACE the entire slab, or refund me a portion of my money to reflect the damaged piece they KNOWINGLY and purposely installed in my kitchen, despite me paying full price!

    I have been in contact with the owner Dhiego from TGI Quartz and he has been very honest and accommodating in helping to rectify the situation. We are working together towards a solution, currently Im on vacation and will reach out to him again to finalize the installation of new quartz.
