    Lack of professionalism, avoid like the plague!The receptionist mocked my name and when I explained to her that I've confirmed my first name three times to her she complained to the dental *******************, who than cancelled my meeting, attacking me personally?Then they hid my email to **************************************, who couldn't care less (only indicated that he was "sorry to have missed your email about it and I do appreciate you reaching out at the time. It is unfortunate but this is not going to work going forward." and ignored my request for an appology.Appaling behaviour, as we've clients of the clinic for 30 years plus!Stay away from this awful place. Non ******** behaviour, to say the least.
