    On July 21 this guy shows up at my door saying he is **** Torino from ************************** and he has 2 guys with him to do the job and extra materials from his other job. He guarantees his work for 10 years and tells me that no weeds will come back up and that he will fill the cracks real good. 2 weeks later the weeds start coming out again. I call him, email him no reply. He answered today September 9th saying he never said that. The weeds need to be treated. His reason for stopping in was because of the grass and weeds coming out in the cracks. I told him we intended of having everything taken of and doing new asphalt and he said that will cost you 20 to 25k to redo it. Guess what we are going to redo it because his job is worthless. Other than spray the driveway black and fix my culvert that he did holes in it with his heavy equipment his job is not very good. Definitely not worth 3700.00$ this guy uses a different name and different company name but same guy. I made an e-tranfer in his account and goes under ******** **********.

    On July 15, 2023, i was approached to prep and seal my driveway. I was given a story about excess sealer from a nearby commercial job and that guys were on a truck in my subdivision. They said they woudl apply commercial grade sealer and would last 10 years. I woke up and found 30% of my driveway not covered, sealer had been too thin or run. i contacted them and sent them video of my driveway. They did not have the courtesy to respond after i sent details (i got an initial response asking for my address). I had to go out spend $ 200 for materials to do the driveway myself as it looked worse than when they started being part sealed and part not. In addition, they collected HST and provided me with an HST number that is not registered with CRA (my accountant checked the validity) i atook screen shots of the video, but can supply video upon request
