      On February 26, 2025, I registered and paid in full for a * license ********************** course through North American Transport Driving Academy. The total cost of the course was $2,570.00. I enrolled with the understanding that the course was mandatory to obtain my * license, including the necessary certification and driving experience to prepare for the test.However, shortly after starting the course, a classmate informed me that because I previously held a Class C licenseand had removed it from my drivers license less than three years agoI was eligible to have it reinstated without completing this course. This important information was never communicated to me by the driving ********* my initial conversations with the school, I clearly stated that I had previously held a C license, which I had voluntarily removed in *ecember 2023. I reached out simply to book a truck for the * license test at the Ministry. I was told over the phone that this was not possible and that I would be required to register for the full course. Additionally, the only way they could accommodate my timeline was by having me travel to **************** for the in-class ********** a result, I made an unnecessary trip to **************** and enrolled in a course that, as confirmed later by the Ministry, I did not need. I was able to reinstate my C license by writing a written test for less than $25.I subsequently contacted the driving school to request a partial refund for the unused and unnecessary portions of the course. *espite several follow-ups, my request was denied, and all communication from their side has since stopped.Given these circumstances, I am formally requesting a refund of $1,000.00 to account for the ******************** I did not require or use. I believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution, and I hope the matter can be settled promptly.

      Good Morning, I just wanted to send an update and advise that the information on the BBB website shows that ****** is the head office location for North American Transport Driving Academy however they actually operate out of their ******** location. All of the people that we dealt with (***** and ***) are at the ******** location.
