    Subject: Formal Request for Refund and Resolution of Service Issues - ************ Driving School My name is ***** **** and my wife's name is ***** ****, and she is enrolled in ************ Driving School. I am reaching out to bring to your attention certain issues I have encountered with one of the instructors, Mr. ******* **** *******. Payment Details: - Date of Payment: 10th Jan 2024 - Amount Paid: $350 (advanced 50%) I have attached our chat conversation for your reference. Issues Encountered: 1. **Communication and Professionalism:** Mr. *******'s communication style has been consistently unprofessional, both in tone and content. This has caused significant discomfort to both myself and my spouse. 2. **Failure to Provide Agreed-upon Services:** Despite my upfront payment on 10th Jan 2024, which included 10 hours of driving lessons and 20 hours of online study, I have only received two lessons to date. Mr. ******* has cited various reasons for his unavailability and has been consistently elusive. 3. **Impact on Well-being:** The distress caused by this situation has significantly impacted our mental well-being, resulting in sleep disturbances and heightened anxiety. Requested Actions: 1. **Refund of Payment:** Given the circumstances, I formally request a full refund of the payment made on 10th Jan 2024 for the driving lessons. 2. **Termination of Services with Mr. *******:** I wish to discontinue any further driving lessons with Mr. *******. I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to terminate our association with him. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to a timely and amicable resolution.     This student has no record at the school. He has no registration that he enrolled with the school. As you may noticed, he has e-transferred the fee to a personal name not the email address of the school. If he has any complaint, he should address it directly to the person he has made his payment to.

    We do feel sorry that they have been through some difficulties but make sure that the school has nothing to do with it. He probably registered with a different driving school with the same driving Instructor.
