      Paid $1699.30 for a DZ course. I started my in-classroom training on Monday, March 4,2024 this in-class training took me 1 week to finish. I then thought after my classroom training I would be put into a truck to learn. I was not put into a truck until Tuesday, March 19th,2024. After that I tried contacting them and got no response. On March 27, 2023 *************************************** emailed me saying she sent me a contract and asked how I would be paying, i emailed back saying certified cheque and there was no response once again from this company!!! On April 12th,2024 I believe was the exact day I went in and brought my check physically, I changed the course I was doing so it would be cheaper due to lack of funds, they booked me in for a truck say on April 22, 2024 at 7am to 2pm in *******. I was in ******* at 6:45 am i get a call from my instructor *** at 7:02am saying that he his running 20 minutes late and that Transport Training Center had double booked him and he didnt know. So I waited.7:20am came around and my instructor still want here.so i kept waiting. 8am came around and my instructor arrived.at 1:30pm my instructor told me to leave early because he had to be with another student at 2pm. the online website to transport training centers it says that DZ Automatic course are a 3 day duration, My contract said it would be a 1 day 6 hour course and i didnt even get that. After my test on the 23rd on March I emailed ****** i got no response so i sent a follow-up reply on Match 26th 2024 and yet again got no response!!!! I had enough of the ignorance that i just want a refund of my money because im not getting what i have paid for. On Monday May 13,2024 I emailed ********************* campus coordinator and ***************************** the admissions specialist demanding a refund as im not getting what i paid for and such a shocker SOMEONE CALLED ME!!!!!!!!!! A lady named ******* called me and said they can offer me the 1.5 hours i was lost but no refund.
