    Hello,I hired 1 clean air to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. They performed the work on May 23, 2023 All appeared to go smoothly, however, they removed the drain from the furnace and didn't put it back properly during their work.I didnt go back into my back room for about 2 weeks, and there was a lot of water in my basement. This ruined some personal items along with the carpet/flooring in the surrounding area.I contacted the company several times to try and resolve the incident and they just kept delaying and delaying, and at the end of the day, they didn't do anything for **** would not recommend this company to others based on the post work service and due to the fact that they don't own their errors, they should not have an A+ rating
