This is a solar panel problem. I have been trying to reach the company for the last month via telephone and email. I have not been able to get any response at all. There is an 8 fold discrepancy between what my solar panels are producing and what my Hydro Meter is indicating. When calling Hydro One, they say I need to contact the Solar company to fix my inverters. I cannot reach my solar company and so I continue to pay large amounts for the financing of my solar panels but I am not getting service or help with this issue. In the meantime, I am full price energy for electricity when I all want is service to fix the issue. I have reached out to the Ontario Energy Board but they cannot help in this matter as The solar company is a private company. I have sent tables comparing the electricity I’m producing vs what Hydro One is crediting me for and there is an average 700kWh difference between the two readings. I was sold on the idea that I would at the very least, get an energy credit back that was worth the cost of my solar panels. As of yet, I am getting a max 10% return via energy credits which is the equivalent of between 3$ to 40$ on average for a Hydro bill on average 250$. I simply want a verification and repair of the issue and the first step is for the solar company to do a verification but they are unreachable. I’m willing to share information on energy produced and my hydro bills as needed. Please email me back or call me for more information.

I applied to get more information on the Canada greener home loans. They schedule someone to come the house and go over the different loans I might qualify for. Their Senior Energy Advisor ********************* (June 26), help me open my application and said they needed a deposit to schedule the auditor and the deposit was fully refundable: if A) it was deemed I didn't qualify or B) choose not to move forward with the application. I never received a report from aditor (came to complete the audit on July 7). I can confirm that a loan application through the federal ***erment portal was open in my name. Per the document attached below, I've cancelled the application as not only was the basis of the loan program no properly explain to me. According to the *** ***** I spoke to this morning, the owner (me) gets to choose the types of retrofit they would like to apply for and the contractors. When I attempted to contact ************, there was no response. Furthermore, based on the information submitted in my portal, it appears that the contractor selected un the application is the same/similar to the name on the transaction on my crecit card. Per the *** program, the owner gets choose which retrofit they would and which contractor they use. None of this happened. Further more, I've cancelled my application, which according to the email thread should give me a full refund. I haven't been able to reach anyone regarding the refund process.

Ontario Net Zero had an add on ******** February 2024. I contacted them by phone and they said they will send out a representative. I met with ***************** {the representative} in my home. He introduced himself as Parsa and his office address was *************************. (Note: 250 Laurier west does not exist and 250 Laurier east is a ****** shop and a student residence.) He had a Government ID hanging on his neck (See attachment). He represented himself as an Agent for the Government Net Zero Initiative. He showed me proof online where they planned regular increases in ************ His job was to help people change from gas heating to an efficient heat pump system with a government rebate of $2,500 in 3 months. He arranged by phone for a Bridge Loan of $28,000 to be paid over 180 months to reduce the payments to $71 bi-weekly at 0%. I have not received any money yet. The $28,000 was to be sent to my account in 6 months and payments were to start in 9 months from March 1, 2024. I am supposed to use the $28,000 to pay of the short term government loan The original loan from CMHC to finance the $28,000 was 13% at $171 by-weekly. It was all arranged by ***************** (*****) online and by phone. I got a picture of his government ID and he promised to mail a copy of the contract that I signed on his cell, the warranties, contact numbers for maintenance and operating instructions. The heat pump was installed and I have not received any papers to date. ***** is not returning any of my phone calls. I have been informed by BBB that the parent company is JBR contracting, *****************************, *******************************************************************. I drove to his office address and it appears to be in his home in ******. No one was home. Note: I gave the installer ******* a voided cheque when the heat pump was installed so they could set up payment withdrawals as agreed. I also made a mistake by not reading the full contract that I signed on ********************* cell phone.

PROBLEM: Ontario Net Zero is a virtual business, operating under a fictitious address. Per *********** address does not exist. Name of the **** or Management - unknown; ***# not provided and claimed not to be required. PROBLEM: Lack of transparency. No breakdown of (project) expenses. Answers to my queries are always reverted back to the original agreement. Said agreement does not provide details on project costs, continued services, warranties, etc. rather they are too broad and vague.PROBLEM: Agreement is not congruent with details relating to the loan terms. The latter changed after the fact from 20 years to 24 months. When questioned about this, they said it was explained to me in detail. The recording on file confirms only what I already know. There is a breach of financing options, while calculations are based on 0% interest over 240 months, not 24 months.PROBLEM: The original invoice changed from $ ********* to $ *********. Ontario Net Zero put a lot of pressure on me to sign a new loan agreement to accommodate payment to the new merchant-CBR. Payment to the original installer JBR would be handled by the back office. The new merchant requested a line of credit of $40K and the payment to that merchant was $31,149.00 (31k + admin fee). PROBLEM: Prices charged are 200+% higher than industry standards for the installation of a ducted heat pump (*******) and ** Water Heater (Giant 8). (See invoice)PROBLEM: Equipment Manuals are not provided. A link for the ducted heat pump was provided to register the equipment after my request. Proof of installation for the ** Water Tank is still outstanding, as are the names of the dealers. This information is required to obtain the manufacturers warranty. IMPASSE: A proposed correction on invoicing was requested. The "buyout" amounts from Ontario Net Zero are still higher than industry standards and the *** # and legal registration of the business are still in question. See email.
