PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR SCHOOLS PROM. These people are taking advantage of young adults that want to go to prom as their last high school event. As a student in grade 12 I was hoping to go to prom, but it would cost my boyfriend and I $430 at $215 a ticket! This is a scam and a half, they have been very disappointing to work with and no one should have to deal with this. Upon asking what exactly we are paying for, their responses were very unhelpful and not professional whatsoever. They also have a deadline for buying the tickets, (2 weeks) and the first day our school's tickets were supposed to go on sale their website went down. Seeing as there is a timeline they should be giving an extra day due to their mistake. Their website is also very confusing to navigate, and they are only going to be posting a tutorial 5 days after the tickets went on sale. Meaning there is only one week left to buy tickets. Very disappointing, everything from this company is bad. Never! use this website please.

Hello,We regret that your experience with us failed to meet your expectations. However, we'd like to address your concerns to help clarify what transpired.PromNight.ca has worked with tens of thousands of graduates for 25+ years to plan and manage their Proms successfully and safely. We have a sterling record to date, of which we are very proud. But Proms are events with many moving parts that must be managed with diligent advance care and consideration. For example, Prom-goers have three ticketing options for the separate events being produced to accommodate factors such as affordability, religion, and parental preference.Ticket deadlines are imperative in the planning process for, among other things, food orders to be placed and staff, security, police, and emergency medical personnel to be scheduled based on the number of attendees. When Prom tickets went on sale, there was (understandably) a big rush of eager graduates looking to buy their tickets. This caused some delays with ticket sales and for that, we apologize. Our customer service team is on standby to help with any part of the ticket purchasing process and navigating our site.Ticket prices reflect market prices for goods and services required to stage a successful Prom. We are pleased to confirm that we have been able to freeze all ticket prices to match last years, even as inflation is at an all-time high.Much more goes into a successful Prom Night than meets the eye. Ticket prices cover obvious expenses such as venue, catering, transportation, staff, and dcor. But there are myriad other less transparent details requiring expenditure such as production, operations, security, permits, communications and insurance, to name a few.Since the safety and security of Prom-goers is our guiding principle, we refuse to cut corners even if that means short-term savings. Its why we have been in business for over two decades without serious incidents.Thank you for reading and feel free to reach out to us at any time: ***************** Sincerely,The PromNight.ca Team

After my experience I will further speak on that fact that prom was not fun whatsoever. Paying for the prom dinner was EXTREMELY disappointing, $150 for gross campfire soup, chicken and noodles, and a small piece of cake. As if we didnt even get a choice for the food being served, the soup was cold and gross. On top of that the after prom tickets were $65 and there was only 3 shuttles for 4 schools, waited an hour after after prom had already started to get there and find after 11 the tickets were only $10. So what the heck, I got there at 11:15, no compensation at all! The toilet paper was never stocked in the porta pottys so girls that needed to use the facilities had to drip dry. I will never recommend this company, I will never use this company, stop being tricked by their false words.
