    Stay away from this place. I had an 11:45 appointment yesterday. Dozens of patients were in the waiting room with overflow in the hallway. The wait times were beyond ridiculous, in my case 3.5 hours. I had lots of opportunity to commiserate with other patients who say it is like this all the time. Another first time patient was threatened with a call to security, only because he was stating the facts. And theyre rational - they tell you when you make an appointment that it will be two to three hours. This is their justification for extreme overbooking. Whoever is running this place is raking in millions in OHIP dollars and gives a new meaning to the word GREED! Go elsewhere if you can.

    I have been seeing ****************** for 16 years and unfortunately he retired. I find this clinic has become extremely unprofessional over the last few years. When I had an emergency this year, with all the doctors there, not one could help me. Fortunately I got help from another clinic. Now I was calling them to confirm my two-year checkup for tomorrow, only to find out the clinic is closed this week! It would have been nice for someone to contact me to reschedule my appointment. I am NOT impressed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It's just a money-making factory. They don't seem to care about their patients at all.
