    Last October 2023, we were informed that one of our neighbours had submitted a warranty request to repair our 6 foot fence due to sun damage. However, we were only notified on the same day as when the repairs would take place. We had never been consulted on the matter previously, nor was there sun damage on our side of the fence. Infinity Construction then proceeded to replace our 6 foot fence with a 7 foot fence, which is not what was agreed upon nor something we had paid for or want on our property. They assured us that they would rectify this issue within a couple of weeks. It has now been a year and the issue still has not been resolved. Infinity Construction still has not returned to cut down the fence nor replace the caps. There is also a gap behind our shed which leads into our neighbour's pool. Given that we have young children, we wish to have this rectified as soon as possible. We have tried multiple attempts to solve the issue with the company and they will not return any of our emails, texts, or phone calls.

    We were paid from the manufacturer this is not my customer.  The customer needs to contact the manufacture and the customer has been in contact with the manufacturer.  The manufacture is willing to fix any issues the customer has.    The people who paid for the fence are happy with the fence.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I do not understand how Infinity construction is stating that we are not a direct customer of theirs when they specifically installed the fence and came to install the 7 foot fence last October 2023. We have not been in contact with any manufacturers. We have also paid for this fence and are not happy with the result as it is supposed to be a 6 foot fence.

     I wanted to add the invoice as well as the email correspondence indicating that the final payment was due to Infinity Construction on December 2nd 2021 and no other individuals.  This proves that we are indeed Ranbir's customers despite him indicating otherwise in his response to BBB.
