      When it was decided that my gas furnace & A/C needed to be replaced the sales representative explained the features and benefits of the various options without pressure. I was very impressed with the manner by which the team of technicians conducted themselves while installing my new AC and gas furnace. They were neat and tidy while working. My questions were answered in a manner that I was able to understand.

      We have been most impressed with Top Hat's service for many years and most recently on a very large job - replacement of our AC and furnace. For some years they kept our old AC alive and ensured that our gas fireplace worked as it should. That service explains why we decided to go with them for a new furnace and AC unit. That work was done quickly and as promised to accommodate our out-of-town family's arrival the day it was finished. When the house didnt cool as fast as we had expected I sent an e-mail to the TopHat employee with whom we have worked over the years. We were quite surprised when he arrived at our door that same evening and made some fine adjustments to the airflow that resulted in improved airflow and improved cooling. We appreciate the level of service provided by him and the rest of the Top Hat team.

      My Mom and I had a roofing issue recently. **************** of Top Hat was very helpful indeed. **** came over the very next day after I called to inspect the roof the day after I called him. He provided a comprehensive report with pictures, options for repair and/or replacement and a reasonably priced quote. I was relieved. **** was not pushy and came back twice to reassess after yet another wind storm. He was friendly, efficient and professional. **** sent me an informative article on roofing and didnt make me feel guilty or embarrassed about my indecision.I would recommend **** to my friends and family, for any and all roof work, without hesitation. ****************
