    I booked a mask fitting appointment for Friday Oct 25th at 1630, the booking ID: *******. On the day of the appointment, I received a reminder email for the appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 1615 to find the doors locked to the establishment. I proceeded to call the number on the email, and the woman (owner) who spoke to me indicated that the class was cancelled and asked me to check my spam folder for a cancellation email. I told her I received an email confirming the appointment earlier in the day, but nothing about a cancellation. She apologized and offered for me to wait until after 1700 and she could send someone it to help. I was unable to wait the extended time. She offered a refund and said she would e-transfer me. We tried to make up the appointment on Oct 30th, but the timing did not work out, so I requested the offered refund. On Nov 1st, I was told a refund was issued, and it would take 5 business days to reimburse. On Nov 15, I send a follow up text message, as the refund was still pending, however, I did not get any reply.On Nov 21st I send another text message following up and indicating that I would contact the BBB. A reply from the owner was send telling me that she would look into it again, and noted that they do not offer refunds, and she would send an e-transfer "if anything." I proceeded to reply, asking for the refund via e-transfer as the lack of reply and communication was concerning. I have not yet received a refund, or further communication.
