      The crack doctor repaired my basement foundation crack. I had an emergency, left the message and ******* reply very fast, setting up appointment for the estimation. The same day a technician came. He was punctual, professional, kind and explained patiently what the job involves and how much I will pay. He give me a good price - I verified afterwards with other companies. He was very professional, did a fabulous job, was respectful to my property and privacy, and even cleaned the place after the job. I highly recommend The Crack Doctor to anyone facing the same issues.

      I called the Crack Doctor and within 2 hours a technician was at my door to repair 2 cracks. I had water coming in on one crack. He informed me of another crack and I had that done as well. Three cracks in all. He was done after 4 hours. We shook hands at the beginning and at the end. He showed me and explained what he did before putting the insulation back and retaping the vapour barrier. He showed me outside where the resin extruded. So far I have no leaks. After one day of heavy rain. I do like the lifetime transferable warranty which I hope I never have to use. So far they are a good company to deal with.
