    Copy of email sent to ****** ******, formerly ******************, now known as Vulcan Heating and cooling.March 22, 2025 Sent him an email to say that there was another malfunction with the heat pump. He responded to say that he would send his tech out to look at it.March 25, 26 and 27, 2025 Attempted to reach the company, and again no response. There is no communication on his part. So I telephone on the 27th and left voicemail. Again no call back from the company.On Mar 26, 2025, I emailed again, in May 2024, a malfunction with the heat pump, under warranty, he chose to ignore all my requests to come fix the problem. It took almost 3 months for anyone to come and look at it.This is the email I sent on March ******************************************************* May 2023, which is still under warranty. As you are aware, I experienced a significant issue with the unit in May 2024 that took several months to resolve despite multiple attempts to contact you. Unfortunately, I am now facing another malfunction as of April 2025. The unit is no longer producing heat and is making a loud, disruptive noise, leaving me without adequate heating during critical weather conditions and forcing me to rely on costly oil heating.Given the ongoing issues and the previous delays in service, I kindly request that you schedule a service visit as soon as possible to inspect and repair the heat pump under warranty. Please respond with your proposed plan of action within the next 5 business days.Should this issue remain unresolved, I will be compelled to explore further options.The company did send a technician out on the 31st and found the problem. He notified *** ****** of the problem and that he would call to make arrangements to come fix. April 4. Sent him an email, asking him to confirm a date and time as to when he would come and fix the problem. As of yet I have not heard.The unit is still under warranty and I feel that if he doesnt respond, I would just go away.
