    My contractor overcharged me for a bathroom reno which is over and above the invoices he provided me. By reading the invoices the materials were to be paid prior to demolition in the amount of $2123.49, I paid $3205.00 ??? (error on his part because he charged me labout costs. Then I paid another $2512 and final $1000.00 which was an overpayment on my part and I have requested a refund. The professionalism and workmanship was not a 100% and I had to finish work that was to be completed by contractor. he has to honour his "contract" because the tub is creaking and has to be corrected by his plumber.

    I have pictures of the unprofessional work that was done in the bathroom. Will this good for my case? Also,I would like to add a review on the contractor';s website and other sites. Is this advisable.Thank you. I hope that this claim will be a positive ending for me.

    I will not meet with the contractor to discuss his rational of the costs because I attempted a few times to let him know the amounts were incorrect especially the first payment and he would not listen to me that I was to pay the material costs of $2123 not $3205 which were labour charges and were incorrect as seen on the contracts. I previoused forwarded to BBB.

    As indicated in my recent correspondence I have requested he provide me with his invoices /contracts to show his accounting???

    I also pointed out to him that he charged me HST twice and he still would not change the amount to correct it.

    Anotheremail insisting now I owe him money. His charging me from the beginning was so incorrect as I was only to pay the amount of the October materials not labour. Thank you.
