      I had an emotional inheritance sale and went to Ottawa Gold at ********************************************************************************. A man named ***** seemed to sense it was not an easy experience for me and gently walked me through it. He grinned at my nervous jokes and was careful to ask before destroying pieces to remove stones etc. that obviously had huge sentimental meaning. I hope everyone going through this kind of thing has a compassionate, professional, authentic experience like I had. Never underestimate the power of empathy and a human touch from your employees. ***** will be the reason I send people to your location in the future. Thanks *****.

      My sister and I came in with quite a few pieces of jewelry from our late mom and aunts. We knew nothing about selling gold. ******* was so patient, kind and compassionate. He explained everything to us, took so much time with us and we left somewhat richer but more importantly feeling good about our transaction. Highly recommend!

      ************** have done business with them once many years ago and twice recently. Each time I was very pleased by their knowledge and fairness when grading my gold items. They went out of their way to make me aware of the entire process so I could be confident in my transaction. Even though some of my sales were a large quantity of smaller items, they took the time and made sure all items were properly graded.My thanks to Mr's ******* ****** (sorry if I spelled that wrong) and ******** best regards.
