    **************** is non-existent. I placed an order, realized I made an error and immediately emailed them within 1 minute of the order being placed. That was 3 days ago. I tried calling but got no answer and sent a second follow-up email, no communication whatsever. Not even an updated on my incorrect order. It's a shame because I wanted to buy one of their ****** Iron sets but not risking it.

    AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COIMPANY!!! They are super scummy. I wanted to cancel order and they said they missed the cancellation email and decided to ship it out anyways. They promised to send us a return shipping label for the mistake. After recieving the item, they never sent the shipping label. We followed up multiple times and now they refuse to send shipping label. They are super hard to get a hold of. Tried calling multiple times, and emailing. They will NOT RESPOND.

    My first experience was good. My next one was horrible. I purchased 3 wedge packs then they brought in a new wedge. Nothing was said to me at the time of my purchase. I would have purchased the new wedges as they are more forgiving for my game since my stroke. They would not help me, at all, with my conundrum. I even emailed Golfworks a solution but they refuse to respond. Non-existent customer service at **********************. Buyer beware.

    Have been going to Golfworks for a few years. not a whole lot of options around. I came in with shaft in hand for a re-shafting job. all I needed was the proper ferrules. the person at the cash helping me didnt seem to really know what I needed. I made it as clear as I could. after 25 minutes I received what I was told I needed to re-shaft my irons. My ***** got everything ready, shafts prepped, epoxy mixed only to find out I was given the wrong sized ferrules even though I had a shaft with me that we measured. **** to **** heads. called hoping they would make it right only to be told its not their policy to ship the right product out when theyve made a mistake. all they seem to care about is helping out local golf buddies than the customers keeping them in business. AVOID This is not my only bad experience. really poorly run business.
