      The company ********* uses predatory and misleading marketing to gain orders. September 12th, 2024 my high school son provided me with a link for ordering grad wear for his high school. I was under the impression this was from his high school and completed the order. I then emailed the school asking a question and was told this grad wear company was not associated with the school and therefore did not have the school permission for proper logos etc.. I emailed the Grad wear company asking for a cancellation on September 13th. On September 16th they provided the response below. As there are still 8 days before the order deadline I am very disappointed. At this point I have emailed and asked for the representative name as I have no information as to where the ordered non-official hoodies will be sent to.       As mentioned, the student representatives have made it clear that these items are not affiliated with the school. We want to assure you that we take any concerns about "fraudulent" or "predatory marketing" very seriously.

      While we work directly with teachers and administrators at some schools, at others, GRADWEAR is an entirely student-run initiative. We are transparent throughout our website, and we advise the students running GRADWEAR, as a non-school-sanctioned activity, to clearly communicate this on their Instagram account.

      These student representatives are volunteering their time to create memorable grad apparel for their class, something they can wear for years to come. Most graduates have already placed their orders, and the manufacturing process has begun. However, weve gone ahead and canceled your order, and it will be removed from production.

      As a small Canadian business, we strive to help students learn the fundamentals of design, marketing, and leadership, and we take concerns and accusations like these seriously.

      Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

      May 17 2023 around 6:20pm I put an order in for my daughter for a grad sweater that I thought was a school initiative. Within 2 min I found out this was not sanctioned by the school and it even has the wrong school logo so I emailed and asked for a refund for order ******.

      I emailed twice since and called and left a voicemail. They emailed me now and send basically I am SOL and the order went through. It is the wrong school logo and not was misleading marketing.
      I want a refund NOW for my $81.36
