    This company has no organization. the owner does not really care about his client but quick to ask for deposit and payment. We went with stonesense for installation of countertop and backsplash because they offer a very competitive price. despite the low rating I was hoping they will do better in their current projects because of their review. But I guess the owner operate his business the same as always. So we went to put a deposit On July 9 saturday and told us monday someone will call to book appointment for measurement. 1week past no phone call. I called and finally someone call to book a schedule. He came and measure just the countertop, he said the backsplash will be measure after the countertop has been installed. One week pass waiting for a call for installation I called just to find out no measure were submitted. because the person that measure our countertop forgot to submit it and on top of that he needs to come back to measure again because he forgot to do something, ugh. starting to get frustrated. so It took more than 1month before they installed the countertop. I was at work when they do the installation. And to find there is a small chip on the edge of the counter. They said they will fix it when they install the backsplash. But the problem is no one came thatday to measure the backsplash. I have to make a lot of phone call just to get a schedule again for backsplash measurement. Even the owner does not even care if I get a schedule and even say goodluck to me. It his business he is incharge of everything. Finally I got a schedule and the guy came to measure. 2 weeks past, again I have to do a lot of phone call just to get a schedule for installing the backsplash. Up to this day I'm still waiting to get a schedule for installation. After this project I am not coming back to this company again.In short I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS BUSINESS.
