    I would like to cancel my membership without penalty as per their cancelation policy. I didn't get any maintenance done, however the membership INCLUDES a plumbing maintenance report, so I took that service for the membership which is $9.99 monthly and they are not letting me cancel the Gold membership as per their cacelation policy

    We had asked for a gas line installation estimate. The gas line would power an emergency generator.

    The sales technician arrived on Dec 2, 2022. First, he did not introduce himself. This seemed odd.
    However, we walked him through the house and showed him the following:
    1. Where the gas comes into the house.
    2. Where we would like the gas line to exit the house.
    3. What the pressure requirements / connection requirements were for the generator.

    He seemed to be rather distracted and disinterested. At some point he headed to his van and took at 5 minute smoke break.

    Other than that information, he did not ask us any other questions. We had several questions, but were already put off by his behaviour. We paid the estimate cost and said goodbye.

    Doubtful we will go with this company.
