    Had the LED status indicator kick on an error code just as temperatures were reaching freezing. ******* arrived the same day and was able to clear the error code and perform a diagnostic check on the furnace. Great service and would recommend to others.

    *********************** did maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner, fireplace and installed a new gas vent on the outside of our house (the old vent needed to be replaced). ****** went about his maintenance work and always kept us informed about everything he was doing.****** is a meticulous Service Specialist Technician and over the years we are always very satisfied with all his maintenance work. Thank you again ******!!We would definitely recommend JD Swallow Heating and Cooling Contractor.

    Ive been using this firm for almost a decade and they have always been reliable and experienced. Yesterday, they came to look at my water heater that has been leaking. The technician ided the problem immediately, and by end of day i had a new water tank. They ensured that the firm i rent this from covered all costs, though swallow had to step up to make sure that happened. Amazing in this day and age where so many companies cant be trusted. Thumbs up!!!

    I am please and impress with the excellent work done by ***************************** (technician at JD Swallow). They install a Tempstar furnace. They did a excellent job and they answer all my questions. They were very competent , polite and professionel . I would also like to thank *** the sale representative. She was nice, positive and knowledgeable of the product. I have been 18 years with JD Swallow and have been please with the service. I highly recommend JD Swallow. Thank you very much.
