    I have had equipment installed and service provided on multiple occasion and have always been very satisfied. In addition to good service I also received good advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Impressive Climate.

    Hello,Don't trust their points system. For every purchase that is made from their store, you have points accumulated. But when one goes to try and redeem them, their website does not allow it at all, not even at checkout.I called them out on that, and they did not co-operate on this at all. They just indicated to clear my browser cach and try again. I not only did that, but also tried on many other browsers and there is nothing different on the checkout page that allows for one to redeem points, on any browser I tried.When I specifically called them on the phone, they were very hesitent to help, and came up with every excuse in the book not to help. In the end, I even asked them to send me a screen shot of what they see on their end, on their browser, (as they have my email), and show me what the checkout web page looks like when people can redeem points. They were extremely stubborn on that point, and they refused to send me anything. Hmmm!The other point is that these redeemable points they keep accumulating for customers has been going on for many, many years. How come even after this many years, it is not possible to redeem points?!?This is fraud.

    Hello *****,As explained to you over the phone by two of our staff members, our IT staff was away the day you called and we asked you to kindly wait until he looks into the issue with points redemptions. Finally the problem was solved, and we did contact you to let you know about it. Memberships were set to expire after a year and that is why you could see your points, but couldn't redeem as it was past a full year. We did fix that issue by not letting memberships to expire. The 2nd issue with point redemption, was simply an internal issue with the site, and that is also been fixed. You are a valued customer and we are here to provide a great customer service. We do apologize if you felt any different about our service, and we wish you would use our site again in the near future. Best regards,***
