    Company advertises high quality construction services but it is based on lies and deception where the paying customer is treated just like a cash cow. ************ services provided came with lots of material waste - cost us in hundreds of thousands of dollars more. Company never assisted me with successful home occupancy permit and final inspections.....they simply stooped showing up at the construction site. I had to address major issues myself with long delays for the permit and financial company supporting the build. We ended up with in very difficult situation and personally hard to maintain financial portion of it.Company was never focused on quality of service.....always focused on payments only. Provided to us initial contract from the builder was based on lies also. We have ended up without TARION warranty at the end.Horrible to deal with and providing zero quality to rendered services. In many instances I had to be a guy fixing the problems from the contractors or getting the next stage ready.....unacceptable for the company trying to maintain high quality image. Leaving one star review but really company deserves no stars..........
