  For months now I have been receiving sales calls and telling Big City Windows to stop calling as I do not need windows. I get a call at lease once a week. Tonight I got three calls, one at 17:06, one at 17:53 and one at 18:54. Each time I get a call I ask the person and their manager if there is one available to stop calling and to be put on a no call list. Nothing works. I recommend to everyone not to give them their telephone number if you do not want to be harassed.

  I would like to make you aware *******, that once a customer asks us to remove their name from our calling list that we do so immediately. We have a strict rule in our call center to make sure to indicate DNC with the phone number corresponding to the DO NOT CALL request. Please feel free to call the office and confirm that your phone number has been removed.

  Big City Windows sales *** assured us, ***eatedly, that the size of the window panes for our basement ***lacement windows would only be one quarter to a half inch smaller than the original windows. Important not to lose glass size given the small amount of light from basement windows to begin with. Installation was well done however, turned out the height of the window panes were an inch and a quarter smaller than the original windows. The company argued that the window frame size was specified in the contract. True enough but the size of the window pane was not. Mistake to trust the sales ***. $200 discount was little consolation. Lesson: make sure the size of the window panes, not just the frames, is stipulated in the contract.

  A Warning to Future BCW Customers:My parents, both in their *******, requested a window installation that matched an existing one in their home. Unfortunately, BCWs inexperienced representative failed to listen or accurately convey their needs. Instead of one window with three panes, as requested, the team attempted to install two three-pane windows at the front of the house. Thankfully, my parents caught the mistake and halted the installation.Despite my mothers repeated written requests (at least 10 times) to speak with an owner or someone other than *******************, **** insists that ownership is aware of the issue but refuses to engage with us.**** has declined to send an experienced professional to assess and correct the botched installation. My parents are understandably hesitant to proceed without someone competent addressing the problem, especially given how poorly this project has been handled so far.Instead of resolving the issue, **** has resorted to pressuring my parents via email. Shes demanding they purchase more windows, pay for the faulty ones, and even cover the removal and reinstallation costs! Despite our continued requests to speak with ownership or have someone reasonable visit the house, ***** focus remains on pushing for payment for work that isnt completed and windows that dont fit.**** has demonstrated neither the sense nor the ability to resolve this issue. Were beyond disappointed. After spending $50K with BCW and recommending them to many others, were now warning our neighbors to stay away. The customer service is non-existent, and the handling of this situation is nothing short of a disaster.We hope an owner sees this and cares enough to intervene. Were not interested in more excuses or blame-shifting from ****. We just want a fair resolution.

  Attempted scheduling for an onsite evaluation to get a quote for a window replacement. Firstly, online scheduler provided on their website was inaccurate and forced a reschedule to another date and time that was not optimal for me. Secondly, rescheduled appointment was secured and I had changed my plans to ensure I stay home to meet the representative but they never showed up, and never received a call informing they would not be or they need to reschedule. VERY frustrating, this company is not recommended in my opinion.

  What a great experience working with Big City for our home renovation project. From the sales team to the installation it was a professional and seamless experience, we love our new windows and cant wait to order our doors next year!! Highly recommend for anyone needed to replace their windows in ******!
