    Hotel ************* returned my car keys vandalized.Badge of the key chain was Pried off .And there were dents on the key itself - it looked like it was held by pliers or clamps and chiseled to get the badge off.The front desk manager was Condescending and basically told me its not her problem and she will let her colleague know.And told me that her colleague is a very busy man and will only address the issue when he has the time.This is what we get for $530 a night.Travelled to over 120 cities in my life and this is the worst attitude from a hotel.I got better service from a 2 star hotel.Other things that happened -Requested for high floor - they allocated me the 2nd floor.Asked for a non smoking room and they got me a room that smells like a 2 bit downtown gym - musky and sweaty. And the air conditioner is loud and not working well. Btw - its summer.These fellows seem to be working against or have a vendetta with the hotel management or something - at the clients expense Dont stay there its a terrible thing they have going on there. They dont seem to respect the client Check your car etc when valet returns your vehicle before leaving for damage.
