    Canada Connex (************** office) is a joke. My internet install was booked a month ahead and confirmed a week in advance. Installer didn't show on day of install. I was called at the end of the day to say they were an hour out. 2.5 hours later, no show. I called 12 times the next day before the office would answer the phone. Took hours to schedule install the following day. Installer arrived, did a lousy job, left all the garbage around, put the dish where I didn't want it, then left. The service didn't work. I had to call the provider 6 times the next day to try to get a fix. No one ever called me back or came to address the lousy install. I cancelled the following day. I would not recommend Canada Connex AT ALL, the service is a joke.
