    This company charges a fee ($175 + HST) for consultation that includes a proposal for review with one alteration. I had ***************************** to come and do the measurements on August 1, 2023. At that time he promised to have some work done in 2023 before the winter and the remaining works in summer of 2024. I trusted him and waited for his proposal. Near the end of the year 2023 I reminded him a few times but the answer was always that he would get to it as soon as all the earlier commitments are met. It is already more than a year since Mr. ********* visit to my property, Today is August 11, 2024. I haven't heard anything from him yet. I paid his fee $197.75 (includs HST) on August 1, 2023 by e-transfer because that was the condition. I feel cheated. I will never recommend this company even to my enymies. They are nothing but a cheat. I am seriously considering going to small claim court.
