  Sound Garden Landscape **** are a great group of qualified and skilled workers. They work hard! A motivated team with an obvious will to do a great job. We selected to do business with Sound Garden Landscape for the integrity they demonstrated. From the start of our front yard project, they provided clear and detailed information. The initial contract was clear and any subsequent last-minute changes WE brought forward were welcomed and fully discussed. We really appreciated how they highlighted the pros/cons and breakdown of material and labor which resulted in a reduction of price points. The project was completed as planned, on time and on budget. Our vision was understood and our goals were met. We strongly support and recommend Sound Garden Landscape ****

  We redid our back lawn last summer and after reaching out to a few companies we decided to have Sound Garden come in and to the work. This was the best decision we could have possibly made. They were prompt, detailed, and great to work with!!**** and the guys were a joy to have around and didn't mind when our dogs wanted to come out and see what was going on. We would recommend Sound Garden to anyone looking for a a great experience and amazing work!!

  My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the professionalism of everyone at Sound Garden Landscape. We had a big job completed by their team and the final product was above our expectations on many levels. The team showed up on time every single day until the project was done, and literally every person on the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My neighbors were also very Impressed with the workmanship, the cleanliness and tidiness of our property during the process, and how polite, knowledgeable, and well organized their team was. I know for sure that 2 other people on our street hired them for the same reasons and they were also all extremely happy with the end results. Overall, our experience from start to finish was perfect and we couldn't think of one negative thing to say. It's easy to see how this company have been around for over 20 years. Thanks **** and *** for everything, we will definitely be using you again for any future landscaping we need in the future.

  Soundgarden completed a large landscaping project for me, installing a stone retaining wall, cedar fence and an interlock front step with flower beds. The quality of the completed work is exceptional. However I did have two issues with the company:First, they did not subcontract out the paving of the driveway as we had agreed in the contract. They completed the landscaping work at the end of the season in October and reassured me several times that the arrangements had been made to have the driveway paved at the beginning of the next season. This was never completed and I ended up dealing with it myself.Second, I have requested the receipt of payment several times, with a specific breakdown so I can finalize an insurance claim for the fence. After several emails I have still not received a receipt of payment.Also, not a significant issue, but the work was completed at the end of the season and they have not come by to inspect the work to see how it faired through its first winter.

  Thank you for your review. We appreciate that you enjoyed the quality of work that we have provided you, and are sorry that there were some issues that did not meet your expectations. In regards to your issues:

  Driveway: We did reach out to set this up for you in the spring, but failed to receive a response from you on this. We apologize for our lack of follow up on this matter.

  Receipt of payment: We did provide you with an invoice that has been typical for all of our clients in the past who were making claims with their insurances. We will provide you with the extra details you requested. 

  Work inspection: We do not usually contact our clients to inspect the work we have completed, in respect of their privacy. Often we drive by, stop to inspect from a distance (not entering back yards without notice), and note if any issues have arisen. We would then contact our clients to raise these issues.

  Sound Garden Landscape recently completed a large interlock project in our back yard. After many emails and a number of on-site visits, we knew we were in good hands. ******* and ******* **** ********** led us through the process - deliberating options, making choices and getting a quote. All of our questions and concerns were addressed in a thorough and timely manner. The actual project involved a few weeks of very hard work. Throughout, everyone doing the work was friendly and positive. They also maintained a very clean work area on our property and on the road in front of our house. The transformation at the front of our house and, especially, in our backyard is nothing short of amazing. Sound Garden Landscape's commitment to quality work was evident every day and the finished product far exceeds our expectations.

  We have used Sound Garden landscape twice now for an interlock front walkway and a patio. ******* is a very honest and personable gentlemen and knows his stuff. He made it easy for us to navigate the decisions required and questions we had about the jobs. ******* is great with customer service and quick to respond to any query’s we had. All the guys are extremely hard workers and overall they do an excellent job. We are very satisfied with both jobs done, if we have another landscape job in the future they will be our first contact.

  ****************, and the entire crew are amazing. They are incredibly detailed oriented and go above and beyond to make sure that you're happy with their work. We are so happy with our project and highly recommend them. It was also great that they coordinated with others that were doing work on our property (pool installers, electrician) to make the process as smooth as possible for us. Sound Garden Landscape will be our first call when we need more work done!

  We couldn't have had a more positive experience with Sound Garden Landscape. They did an excellent job putting in a front walkway and garden, which exceeded all of our expectations. Our neighbour's were so impressed with the quality of work, that they're now scheduling jobs with this professional, experienced, trustworthy and friendly team. At the beginning of the process, I remember being overwhelmed with the the number of companies out there to choose from, but after our first consultation with ******* and *******, we felt very comfortable that we were in good hands.   When we sought landscapers to add a path to our fore garden, Sound Garden Landscape was quick to come over and provide a free quote. What amazed us was the minutia with which they did the work, measuring precisely the slope and matching up to our existing stonework. And they left the place clean after every days work. Their workmanship and attention to details is second to none, and in this day and age, we were happy to see that expertise still exist.
