    No commitment to services
    On may 05 - went in for a consultation and booked/schedule treatment services in advance dated July 15. A consultation fee was taken on the promise that it would be used towards the treatment cost.

    On July 12 - was advised that the treatment had to be moved since they only have one technician that was able to do the treatment required and she was sick. Rescheduled treatment for august 2nd

    On July 29th - was advised that the treatment had to be moved again because the technician wanted a long weekend

    I did not receive an apology, front desk was rude (acting like I’m creating this inconvenience) and the clinic did not respect the dates they commit to twice. I do not have faith that the new date of august 3rd will be respected nor in the technician as she coming back from a long weekend of partying and they do not offer anyone else as a replacement that can do the treatment.

    At this point I would like my deposit back.

    Issue was resolved with patient, patient agreed that these two statements were false and exaggerated " was advised that the treatment had to be moved again because the technician wanted a long weekend" and "the technician as she coming back from a long weekend of partying". She was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and was told this. Patient said she emailed ****** ******** ****** that she would like to remove her complaint but says she cannot do it herself. 

    Since this complaint, she has visited out clinic and enjoyed her treatments as stated by patient on phone call, as well as has multiple appointments booked in the future with us. We would like to request this review is removed as the patient would like to remove it.
