    Terrible Service - Stay Away!I was with this company last year with no issues, but this year has been a completely different experience. Ive had the same problem three times, each time getting a different excuse from the same person.Tonight, I moved snow about 2.5 feet from my driveway, just like Ive done all season. The driver only needed to drop his blade and do a quick pull of the snow a job he easily did for my neighbors with vehicles in their driveway! However, the driver drove right by my driveway without even attempting to clear it.When I called to complain, I spoke to the same two people, one I had already spoken to earlier this season about the same issue. Their response? Basically, "too bad" if the driver didnt do his job.Its clear that once they got the feedback from the survey they sent out, they no longer care about customer service. Youre paying a premium price for snow removal, but getting discount service!I posted about my experience ont heir ******** page and they removed it and blocked me from posting. Just a stand up company with exceptional customer service. I guess that is where some of the drivers get it!Do yourself a favor and stay away from this **************** responded" I was argumentative with them, this was after they said they were not coming back to give me the service I paid for again premium price for discount service. All year this was not an issue with what I was doing, 3 times they do not do their job but up till tonight I have done the same thing several times moving the snow away from my vehicles 2.5 feet. The radius response is a joke and not true. They did every other driveway on the street some with vehicles in their drive ways. The same thing they would have to do at my house they did across the street with no issues! #bettercompanysoutthere

However, wed like to clarify the facts surrounding your situation.This season, you were no longer eligible for employee pricing because your friend (and former roommate) chose to allocate his employee discount to his elderly relatives instead. As a result, you paid exactly what any returning customer would have paid for a driveway of your sizethere was no premium pricing involved.Regarding the snow removal concerns, we have addressed your parking situation with you earlier in the season. Your single driveway is already tight with two vehicles, and on the night in question, you parked a third vehicle on the street at the edge of your driveway, significantly limiting our ability to back in and clear the snow properly. We have repeatedly communicatedthrough emails, diagrams, and parking pro-tip remindersthat vehicles should not be left in this position, as it hinders our ability to service the driveway effectively. Despite these reminders, you chose to disregard the guidance.Additionally, we offer multiple options throughout the season for clients who need to move their vehicles, including solutions designed to accommodate parking challenges. You have not taken advantage of these options at any time. Instead, when faced with the consequences of your parking choices, you became rude and argumentative with our staff. While we always work to find solutions, we do expect mutual respect in these interactions.Finally, you attempted to post in a private ************** designated for a different neighbourhooda group that is moderated by one of our employees for clients on his specific route, which you are not part of.We take customer service seriously and work hard to provide fair and efficient snow removal for all our clients. However, service must be a two-way street, requiring cooperation from homeowners to ensure their property is accessible for our equipment - especially under slippery conditions. If you choose to continue with another company, we wish you the best and hope for a smoother experience.

    I am writing to address the ongoing issues Ive experienced with your service. Firstly, I would like to clarify that my friend, who works for your company, has never been my roommate, as suggested by some of the information shared by your staff. This is simply false. He is actually the reason I returned to your company after the discounts you offered in 2023 due to low snowfall, only to have the price increase. I should have recognized the type of company I was dealing with at that time. *** should ask my friend, one of your top drivers, for his thoughts on whether the end of my driveway should have been cleared or not!Yesterday, I spoke with ***, and once again, I received a different explanation from what was provided by other staff members and by her previously. The reasons for the issue with my snow removal keep changing, and each time, it felt like just another excuse. *** mentioned that the company had been fined by the city bylaw for snow removal on the road, but the details kept changingfirst it was one fine, then two. The staff seem unable to keep their stories straight.Instead of simply admitting that the driver did not do his job and provided misleading information, it seems your staff would prefer to suggest that I, the customer, am lying. I want to clarify, as Ive explained several times, that the third vehicle was moved at least 50+ feet away so the driver could do his job. Everything was done to make the job easier for your team. I also supplied a picture showing where my vehicle was located while I sat in it and waited, as the driver passed by me. Additionally, I sent a picture showing how far the snow was from the car. Once these were provided, the story shifted and the narrative changed. Rather than simply owning up to the mistake and saying, Sorry, our driver messed up, the conversation shifted toward blaming me.When I mentioned that I would be reaching out to my neighbors on the street to share the poor service I received and how I was being called a liar, *** expressed dissatisfaction with that. I also informed her that I would be contacting another company to inquire about a potential package deal for myself and my neighbors. *** seemed more concerned with my decision to explore other options than addressing the issue at hand. I would rather pay for a service from a company that values Trust, Transparency, and Integrityqualities that, unfortunately, Capital seems to lack. Considering you are an accredited member of the BBB, I would expect more of these qualities from your business.The fact that the company is trying to downplay my review stating I became argumentative When in fact I was responding to the staff for basically calling me a liar and with every staff member changing their story even after i supplied them pictures. I also have pictures that show how the driver left my snow untouched. I showed these pictures to your team, but instead of acknowledging the issue and taking responsibility, it seems your company would rather dismiss my concerns and call me a liar. This marks the third time this year that the same problem has occurred, with each instance coming with a different excuse. The first time, the issue was blamed on a new driver, which *** confirmed was not the case during our conversation yesterday.*** also mentioned fines for touching snow on the road, but I find this confusing, as every driver Ive seen with your company removes 4-6 feet of snow from the road at the ends of driveways every time they perform snow ********** is incredibly frustrating that Im paying a premium price for what feels like a subpar discount service. What is even more disappointing is that the office staff seems to be on different pages, offering conflicting stories rather than providing a consistent and professional *********** yourself a favour stay away from this company!
