    Dear Sir or Madam

    since I was on holidays, this is my first day back at work.  In response to this complaint, APA did everything to help this customer rectify the issue.  We took our time on his first visit, to get information as to his requirements.  Customer said he needed passage (which means no keys) exit devices.  We showed him a passage handle that had no key, and that is what he said he needed. Those devices were ordered to the said passage function.  But in reality keys were needed.  I asked for more pictures, but was told that cell phones were not allowed where the work was being performed. In one of our conversations the customer went as far as saying " I am not a door guy", that being said this would mean that they did not know really what they were doing as far as ordering hardware.  Again, we tried different ways of rectifying the issue, even had another customer of ours a locksmith try and make something.  This locksmith with over 30 years of experience had something that could have work, but not on long term basis, he was not satisfied with this make shift unit.  Again we tried to help the customer as much as we could.

    As for the customer, I am very sorry for this situation, but without proper information, this is how things go wrong.
