    I would give negative stars if I could! 5 scheduled appointment times between 9 and 1 or 1 and 5.....all 5 scheduled Technician appointments were no shows and no call to explain. When you call ***** at Youngs appliance it's always a lame excuse. Blank work order, no part in truck, the part is inthe truck of the guy who quit, no refrigerant for the compressor. That lasts appointments the best because I asked ***** if he will show up this time and the response was.....oh it's anonymous technician name. Like that is supposed to mean something to me. Well good Ole trustworthy reliable anonymous technician also was a no show and no call! 2 months that i have had no refrigerator and have been playing this game with whirlpool and Youngs appliance. I feel exasperated and defeated. What are we supposed to do as a consumer? Whirlpool owns all brands of major appliances except ** and ******* a dish maybe some other off brands. We are at the mercy of both whirlpool who contracts repairs to the lowest bidder and to the unreliable Youngs appliance repair. If Youngs appliance shows up on your phone ....do not answer it. Call whirlpool and ask for a different company. It will save you so much aggravation. Better business bureau should really investigate them. I am still without a working fridge 6 days before Christmas....awesome!

    Horrible customer **********************! No return calls after multiple messages left at all 3 phone numbers. No payment options listed on invoice so I promptly mailed a cheque but has not yet been deposited. I received a collections notice in mail 2 weeks after service call which was so poorly written. Very unprofessional technician who recommended another tech be sent to determine what part was needed.

    Would give zero stars if I could Avoid this company at all costs There will be several not including how many times you miss work or your own scheduled life activities to have them. No show on you

    Wow where do I start? Zero star if I could. I been waiting 2 months for my parts to arrive for my brand new Maytag washing machine that I only did 4 loads laundry. Youngs would always tell me the part are on order and when they arrive they will contact me well HELLO I been waiting 2 months!!!! Finally I got upset and decided to call Maytag directly and they tell me they never received the parts request from ******* Appliance Repair so the Maytag rep put me on hold and called Youngs and spoke to **** and **** said they received no parts even though no parts request was submitted. the funny thing is two weeks earlier someone at Youngs told me they were waiting for one part out of three ordered. Unbelievable!! A Maytag representative told me that if they had received the parts request 2 months ago they have a 21-day turnaround before an escalation occurs but as I said earlier Youngs never submitted a request. This is crazy especially since I bought the wash machine brand new and only used it for 4 loads and it broke down and now I been without a washing machine for over 2 months. WOW. Only WOW !! And when I call ******* they rarely answer or know what is even going on in there. **** league company to say the least and will never deal with them again. They do not care if you wait 6 months for parts. My advise is call the manufacturer directly like I called Maytag and file complaint immediately because they will deal directly with Youngs appliance to come to a resolution if you are waiting for parts and Maytag has a 21-day retention period before escalations. If I have known this earlier I maybe wouldn't be waiting for 3-4 months for my new wash machine to get repaired and I wouldn't be writing this review

    Young's Appliance Service, is terrible. If I could leave less than a star I would. They had technician came out to see my dryer, needing a belt, asked to make full payment before purchase for belt, I paid full payment, but waited for 6 weeks, finally told me there is tracking number, but at her boss's house, takes several days to get to store, ??? what efficient of work take so long to move a part? I am so regretted to use their service, better off just buy a new / used dryer. Do not use their services. You will regret you did.

    You called everyday this week, and everyday last week and were told every time, your part will be soon and we will call you the second part arrives to book. Part is to be in office today and we will call you to book as soon as it is tagged. Your part was on backorder and this is the delay. sorry it was it was not fast enough for you, as are hands are tied for backordered parts. Please feel free to contact the office any time.,

    They have the worst customer **********************. They called and hung up on me twice- the second call was harassment. If only the owner new that the from line staff was rude. With all the choices that we ave no a days, customer ********************** is the one thing that can sink a company.

    Management is incompetent. They confirm appointment same day and then don't show. Won't return emails or phone calls. When you ask to speak to the owner, they just cancel all future service.
