      The management of this cooperative shared my private information with the entire housing community. They didn't have my consent.

      Since this agency took over the administrative responsibilities at our coop, ************ ************************************************************ a couple of years ago, they ruined what was a peaceful pleasant place to live.The members of the coop had a vote in 2022 and chose to get rid of HMCo because it was revealed that they had unfavorable ulterior motives to acquiring this contract.We, the members fell at odds and are still at odds, between those in favor to keep the agency & those who were not in favor of them for lack of trust and all that was revealed.Throughout 2022 there had been several meetings, which included ****** representatives being present because of the meetings being disrupted by a few of the members who favored this company: for good reason! It had & has come to light, that HMCo had been favoring certain individuals by either paying them for various services or offering other benefits in order build their little army of ******.1-The agency has since provided a letter of resignation, December 31. 2022 being their last official day.2- Prior to leaving, the agency froze the ********** account, which has resulted in our employees not being paid and regular coop business to halt which has led many members to fear for their housing security.3- They did not honour their contract by providing our new administrator the necessary training, by refusing to do so out of pure spite.4- Our Coop is now in shambles thanks to the ****** and underhanded nature and lurid intent of HMCo.5- Lawyers are now involved.Signed Faithful Coop member
