    ****** ** ******* failed to deliver what he promised & what I paid him to do. I emailed him 9/29/22 with the work I needed done on my website. He scheduled a video call for 10/3/22 where he told me what work he would do and provided a timeline. You can see this below. He sent me the invoice and he stated once it gets sent by email, it becomes tort law. I paid him $2000 on 10/4/22. The work was never done. He kept telling me he was working on it but never showed me anything he was doing. He re-scheduled most meetings, providing various reasons why he couldn’t meet. I asked what was taking him so long to finish my site & he told me “too much problems” but never told me what the problems were even though I asked him. ****** quickly changed the subject every time I asked him what the delay was finishing my website. I fired ****** Feb 17, 2023 & asked for my money back. He has yet to reply back to me. Some text conversations: ****** texted “I should be finished by end of weekend” Wed Nov 9 - ****** texted me saying “I should be finished by end of the weekend.” Mon Nov 21 - ****** texted - “I lost my weekend, long story, need a few more days. Can we move our call” Mon Jan 23 - ****** texted - “Can we move the call to tomorrow?” Fri Jan 27 - ****** texted "Can we push back to 2p today?” Mon Feb 6 - ****** texted - “getting reorganized today. I’ll have an update for you after dinner." No update given Thurs Feb 9 - ****** texted - I’ve been sick, but am back at it now. Mon Feb 13 - I texted ****** “Why is taking so long to do my site?” ****** texted - “I’ve been sick - just a few more days - need another 4-5 hrs on this, which I scheduled for Wed afternoon [Feb15]. We can wrap up Fri [Feb 17]”. No work done.
