    Terrible experience. I asked for a refund shortly after purchasing and their refund policy is an absolute joke at best. They say you can't refund after you've been "matched" and they match you with someone immediately upon getting access to their site. You get an email a few hours later explaining the "refund" policy and they say you get matched within 4 hours. The sales rep also assured me there would be no auto-billing and when I checked, I was on auto-billing after my first payment would be up. I asked for a refund politely, and after a few declines the support team ignored my emails. Please save yourself the trouble and save your money: Acadium is a dishonest company that doesn't care about its customers or if any value is offered. I'd leave zero stars if I could. Still waiting for me refund as I message the support team (although being ignored), hence turning to writing bad reviews.

    We were connected with an apprentice who we interviewed and who was unsatisfactory. We requested a refund, which was denied. Acadium took the position that because they had introduced us to one person, their side of the agreement had been fulfilled. We've had to file a dispute with our credit card company.
