    Transaction started Saturday afternoon May 22, 2022. Light green Ford Escape SUV pulled up in front of our house unsolicited and Irish sounding man said they were working in the area and had left over materials that they could use to reparge and seal our foundation at a reduced cost of $2200. ***** ****** ************ 
    Then reassessed the foundation requiring more significant structural repairs and reconstruction that would cost $12,000 in total. They asked for and received a deposit of $3500 in cash so they could start first thing Monday morning (no card reader to take a credit card). Referred us to their website.. Realized big mistake giving them cash - had a feeling it was a ****.

    Shocked morning of Monday April 24th when work began (finished but not as discussed and quite superficial -not as discussed.

    I drove to their address at *** ******* ****** **** ***** as per website - no office and not registered with security/reception. 2 guys returned Monday afternoon, I was asked how I would be paying the balance - I asked what were they going to do as so far they had not done the work as discussed - they became very defensive at being questioned. I asked if I could see other work the had done in the area. They said they would need to contact those clients first - I said OK do that and we'll go take a look. I then asked about their office and address - they claimed it was just a mailing address box and they had another location on Preston St - I said - OK show me. They then said that the couldn't work for us under these conditions and had never been questioned about there work and business before. At that they decided to not do any more work and pulled their worker from the job. He was there for about 6 hours and used about $50 of parging material. A ****.

    They left quickly and then called from *** *** ***** to say they would accept the $3500 for materials as payment for the job - I did not agree to this and have not got a response to my email to them.
