I had a virtual medical consultation with Apple Tree on July 30, 2024 with ************************* (Psychotherapist) , and paid $135 for the consultation. She promised to send me the receipt by email for me to be able to claim this amount from my health insurance, and she also confirmed that will send by email the medical form to provide it to my work. NOTHING WAS SENT. I called the institution and confirmed that I did not receive anything. I was informed that the documents were sent to *********************** which is not AT ALL my email address. My email address was clearly stated on my file and was used several times to send me the appointment information. I asked the phone agent to resend me the same information to the correct email address on file, but she refused. I asked to connect me to the therapist to correct her mistake, but the agent declined. The agent just asked me to pay additional fees to send me the documents.I request them correct this mistake and send me the correct documents to the correct email address, or refund the amount paid of $135 I attached a screenshot of their correspondence on my account to show that the email they used to send the documents was wrong, although they have my correct email address and used it several times. My correct email address is : **************************

I went to have a medical test appointment (as requested by email by Appletree) and the intern proceeded to tell me in the waiting room in front of other people that I did not need one as I had a test in 2022 and the results were normal. Having my personal, private health information discussed in front of others in a public waiting room is unacceptable.

On September 19th 2023 I traveled accross the city and waited several hours at Apple tree clinic, I received a prescription only to be told by the 4th pharmacist visited that ************* has prescribed me a medication that is DISCONTINUED. The pharmacy faxed ************* to no avail- no answer for an alternative. Myself and my pharmacist called with no answer. In fact, more than 5 times they ************* up and hung up. I want to file a formal complaint as this is completely unacceptable. I am still left without any resolution and a very bad infection.

Today. The only way to see a doctor in the coty of ottawa was appletree today. Baseline appletree at pinecrest. Dr ********, 90 years old was the lone doctor seeing patients. The appletree wait time said the wait was 4 grs 30 mins. In 2 hours, however, it was my turn.
Interesting, huh? Not 4 hrs 30 mins? Hmm . Why?

Becos the guy doesnt write any prescriptions at all and does no referrals.

These 2 reasons comprise 95% of tge reasons ppl go to doctors.

So, in effect, Appletree can pretend on line it lets you see a doctor but in reality you cant.

Nobody in ottawa who moved here after 2005 has a family doctor. There never are any.

Dr ******** has no right to pretend he is providing medical services.

What wlse do doctors do but prescriptions and referrals? Leeches?
