    I am very sick and on oxygen I pay my bill every month through telephone banking.In the past 6 months medigas has sent me 3 letters stating that several months have not been paid. I was able to have my bank prove the first two letters as incorrect on the part of medigas, they had been paid.Last month I received another one from them. On all letters they are threatening to put me in a collections company.I have been sent another secure message from the bank. For some reason it won't accept my password so I can't get into it.I have a triple AAA credit rating. And I don't want it ruined by their inept accountant.Right now I have more important things going on like planning my funeral and my will and just trying to breath.I cannot leave the house so going to the bank is impossible. Iam going to try to call the bank to be able to open this statement. Can you please help me get medigas of my back. I am sure even when I am able to prove them wrong again, They will be sending out another nasty letter next month or the following one. I just have not the strength to keep arguing with them.Thank you in advance.

    I bought the cpap from Medigas on July, 15/2020 and after few months I was having issue with the machine.
    I was told there is recall from the ****** company. I am an heart patient and not getting good sleep due to cpap machine. I have registered machine with ****** company. and waiting on more then 18 months.
    I have approached the Medigas where I bought the Cpap machine.
    they refeused to anything to help.
    Answer I am getting is they don't have spare one.
    It is effecting my health, due to lack of sleep.
    I have been using Cpap machine more then 10 years.
    this is the new one I bought from the Medigas and few months later had issue with it.
    Not having proper sleep caused me eye stroke and suffered for more then six months.

    I request you to help me get machine replacement or money back, so I can purchase other device.
    Please help since Medigas refused to help.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was not sure that I have to response to any of your email. I thought you will be contacting Medigas on my behalf. Which I believe you have, but Medigas has not contacted me to resolve the issue.
    Since no one contacted me from Medigas, I was not sure what should I be doing.
    Today I got email from *** informing that they are closing my complaint against Medigas.
    Can you please reopen my complaint, since it is not resolved.

    I have spoken directly with this client to address his concerns and we have come to a solution he has advised me he is satisfied with. We agreed I would keep in contact with him regarding the ETA of the solution, and he was also satisfied with this.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to ********* ** ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    As they have told me it will be matter of two to three weeks, before they will replace the Cpap machine.

    If they don't live upto their promise, I will contact *** again.
